This form contains the overall structures for the training and is completed accordingly. The number of lessons, their duration and the lesson dates, are all to suit the student's requirements. The student retains the completed form after the last lesson.

3)  If the student or the trainer find they are unable to keep the above appointments, then they will, except in emergencies, let each other know at least 24 hours beforehand.

4)  It is clear that the above monies are paid for tuition provided by the trainer to the student solely in connection with improving the student’s computer skills. If the trainer is asked to assist in any other way with the student’s computer equipment, including any advice covered in 5) below; then the trainer does not accept any liability, should the student’s computer equipment or its software fail to operate correctly, become damaged or prove to be unsatisfactory.

5)  If the trainer is requested by the student to suggest computer equipment, including hardware or software etc. to best suit the students needs, the trainer confirms that he receives no commission or payment for this advice, from any source.
