About me:

My name is Tony and I have recently moved home to Poole from Ickenham in Middlesex -  I'm married with two daughters one who lives locally - both have their own families.

Employment-wise, after serving an engineering apprenticeship my career progressed through drawing and design work into general and then to company management at Director level. By profession, I'm a Chartered Engineer.

Why did I turn to computer tuition:

Computers have always intrigued me. My first experience at home was with the Sinclair ZX80.

I consider myself really fortunate and indeed privileged to have also been around and involved in the evolution of computer technology, from the first electronic calculators, through typewriters with 'strip' memory, to the powerful machines that we have today.

I have thankfully never really lost that childhood delight of always trying to find out why things are the way they are. This coupled with an engineering background helps me to communicate subjects such as computer training, in a simple way.

The one to one tuition structure provides for a friendly environment which enables such knowledge to be enjoyably passed on to others
